This is a working onboarding platform for a real estate brokerage. An agent is invited once and walks a guided path: licence transfer with the state, board and MLS membership, required training, profile and photo, then the independent contractor agreement, read, filled in, initialed and signed in the browser.
The broker watches every step from one screen, and the signed agreement lands in the office Drive and inbox the moment it is signed.
